Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing XTZ Detailing.
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before your appointment:

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

A valid address and contact number are required for all mobile appointments.
- •
Service times may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and level of contamination.
- •
Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mold, biohazards, or extreme interior conditions may result in additional charges. Clients will always be notified before additional work is performed.

Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- •
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- •
XTZ Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or inaccessible service locations.
