Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing XTZ Detailing.

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before your appointment:

  • Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

  • A valid address and contact number are required for all mobile appointments.

  • Service times may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and level of contamination.

  • Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mold, biohazards, or extreme interior conditions may result in additional charges. Clients will always be notified before additional work is performed.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • XTZ Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or inaccessible service locations.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
